Thailand’s border, 1997. A split and mutual slaughter within the Jin Yu Club gang leads to the brutal death of the gang leader in his home. His daughter, Li Mo, flees for her life and is ultimately rescued by an assassin organization. Three years later, under the organization's arrangement, she eliminates her father’s murderers while also disrupting the Jin Yu Club’s drug trafficking along the Mekong River. However, she does not realize that these successful actions are merely a trap, and the crisis is closing in. The Jin Yu Club’s drug dealings are repeatedly sabotaged by an unnamed female assassin, while the police’s targeted drug criminals are always killed first by this assassin, causing frustration on both sides. Li Mo finds herself pursued and hunted by both the police and criminals, while the larger conspiracy behind her gradually begins to surface…
